Service Description

This is a deeply restorative class designed to settle the nervous system and create lasting ease in both body and mind. We begin with Yoga Nidra — a guided practice of conscious rest. From this grounded place, we transition into gentle Yin postures, held for longer periods to softly target the connective tissues and encourage spaciousness in the joints. The pace remains unhurried and supported, allowing breath and sensation to guide the experience. This is not about stretching deeply or striving — it’s about permitting release, with awareness and breath.
