Being ‘optimal’ is not about perfection, we can save that idea for social media.  Optimal is about doing your best with what you’ve got and with who you are whilst accepting what you are not.  It’s about having a mind and body that are ‘fit for purpose’ and through which you can navigate life with more ease.

It’s the journey towards self-acceptance whilst supporting yourself mentally and physically through the practices of good nutrition, movement, massage, mindfulness, meditation, cultivating a positive mindset and spending quality time with the right people.
