Movement & Mobility is a gentle, Pilates-based class designed to help you move with greater ease, control, and confidence. It’s ideal for those managing restrictions, recovering from injury, or simply noticing that their body doesn’t move quite as freely as it once did — though the class is open to anyone who values thoughtful, well-guided movement. We focus on building strength in a steady, sustainable way while improving joint mobility, coordination, and body awareness. Exercises are adapted to suit individual needs, with close attention to alignment, breath, and pacing. The aim isn’t intensity — it’s quality. Over time, you’ll feel stronger, more stable, and more at home in your body.
