Service Description
The Nervous System Reset is done on the massage table and includes some (or all) of the following elements: guided body scan and breath meditation, body massage, Reiki, aromatherapy (optional Tisserand blends*), hot stones, myofascial techniques, facial acupressure, scalp massage, mobilisations, stretches & compressions. We'll chat beforehand to decide what techniques you'd like, or you can leave it to me to facilitate the flow. *Optional. I am not trained in aromatherapy, I offer 2 pre-blended mixes from Tisserand.
