Pick from any of the classes listed and get yourself booked in for 60 minutes of personalised teaching. It could be just for you, or you can share it with up to 3 others, so a group of 4 in total. This is ideal if you have pain, health conditions, or specific restrictions that need careful attention. ~ You want faster progress.
